The story for me didn’t pop as the main character Chris seems to have everything thrown at him. And I felt like he just never seems to get a break. I don’t feel like it has a true ending, there are many loose ends that are left open. I personally did not enjoy reading this book.

The power shifts amongst the Fae, and yet some will not except what is to come. But what blew me away was when they woke Mother’s Hill. The story is so complex and you can’t seem to get enough. Again Anne has done it again with this complete trilogy. It’s one that should be read time and again. I can’t say it enough time that this is one to read and have on your shelves.

This is the technically the second in the Weird Girls series, but I always count the short stories as a whole story. Celia is unsure of where she stands with Aric and Misha is still trying to seduce her. There are some odd things happening around as well. The supernaturals are under attack but no one seems to know by whom. And it doesn't help that they keep running into dead bodies and demon spawn. This story is a bit more complicated and shows more depth than the other. But as you now know the characters I expect that. Celia shows a multitude of emotions and you really see her struggle and rise above. I love this book and can't wait to read the next one Cursed by Destiny.

This was a great story about a young girl finding herself. She goes to Selkie Island to help her mother sell the summer house that belonged to a grandmother she never knew. What she finds is so much more. Everyone tries to get Miranda together with the son of her mother’s ex. while she herself is drawn to Leo. I love Leo and how he is a little on the mysterious side. He’s the local boy which puts him a boy on from the wrong side of the tracks. But he isn’t he’s smart and wants to go off island to go to school. Miranda who has never been a problem for her mother starts to get a little adventurous, which gets her in trouble with her mom. But it also lets her learn more about herself and what she thought she knew. I really enjoyed this story. One that I know I will read again.

The story is a little jumpy when we see things that happen in the past to present. But it all works together. Maliha is a great character as you watch her from the very beginning to what she is now trying to do. The supporting cast are also very well written. I really enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading the next one, Sacrifice.

It is such a change by using a classic tale that is so well known and putting a new twist on it. I really loved reading this story, as it takes Shakespeare and time travel together.

Which gives an added layer of depth to the story. I truly loved reading this book and can’t wait to read the next one in the series, Ten Ways to Be Adored When Landing a Lord.

But when Bella is taken he can’t help but find her and kill who ever has taken her. Bella seems to have always had a thing for Zsadist no matter how much he pushes her away. Even going as far as insisting that she should be with his twin. When he finally decides to except that he is worthy of her he does right by her. I felt did cry for Tohr. I just hope he comes back. Bella and Zsadist are great characters that you just fall in love with. I really did enjoy this quite a lot. And I can't wait to read the next book in the series, Lover Revealed.

This is officially the first book in the Weird Girls series. But as I have stated before I count short stories where they should actually go in a series. In this story the sisters got to court, deal with vampires and meet a pack of wolves all very early in the book. And there is so much more. Celia is the protector of her sisters and wants to do everything to keep them safe. But she is soon pulled into helping Misha and gets between a feud with him and the alpha Aric. It's all very well written. I loved reading this book. The characters pull you in and take you along for the ride. I am so looking forward to reading the next book in this series, A Cursed Embrace.

I can't wait to read the next book in this series, Sealed With A Curse.

But she soon starts to become a stronger character when she gets to know Nycholas. So as not to give too much away I'll just say that I enjoyed reading this story. The characters are well written. I can't wait to read the next book in the series, Jaded Touch.

The story reminds me of Battle Royal and the Hunger Games meets the Island. I thought that West and Chord where well written. My only complaint was that I felt that it was a little rushed in spots and I would go back and re-read sections thinking I missed something. Now that the base is set I am curious where the story may go from here. I look forward to reading Divided.

This is the second book in the Witches of Eileanan epic series. Things are moving fast now. Everything that Meghan has worked towards is about to happen. The race to get to the Lodestar is beautifully written. I was on the edge of my seat to see how it would play out. So well done and through it all I felt very sorry for the Righ as well as for Maya. I look forward to reading the continuation of this series in the Cursed Towers.

This is a mixed anthology of historical romance and paranormal romance. Each story is very unique in its telling. The first is a woman who does not want to be a burden on her family. So she helps you ladies find suitable husbands. In the next story a woman is trying to find herself and up in a haunted house. After which she loses her cloths on the beach trying to be spontaneous. Then we have a delightful story of a recluse vampire and a demon possessed human. Followed by a story of a woman who is helping wayward boys who ends up receiving help from the catch of the century. The last story is a young lady who is trying to run away from a suitor by running into another man’s arms. I couldn’t stop reading this book once I started. I found some authors that I have never read before and will now look into getting some of their other books. I truly enjoyed reading this one.

This is a great new Faery Tale. Keenan is reminded me of a very young Puck, while Aislinn is a very strong willed girl. She knows what she wants and isn’t bothered with asking for it. There are many things about this story that draw you in. It is a well thought out world and all the characters are fully formed. This Faery court is very different than the others that I have read. The new Summer King being a child from the last Summer King and current Winter Queen, was a great twist. I truly enjoyed reading this. Melissa Marr is one of those great writers that you just want to read over and over again. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series, Ink Exchange.

So I picked up another Historical because the back was just so intriguing. Caroline is just trying to get married, but everyone who comes around gets scared off by the ghost. Lucas has been stealing for most his life. Now the two come together Caroline hoping to keep her home and Lucas gets set for life. I loved this story. Caroline is a strong character who is driven and knows what she wants. Lucas hates the wealth of Society and just wants to makes things better for himself and his boys. It just makes him a stronger character. This is one of those great stories that you will like a lot.

Mencheres’ battle pulls everyone in and I loved the outcome. I found the whole story to be a nail bighting adventure. I couldn’t get enough of it. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series, Destined for an Early Grave.

I found this to be a very sweet book and can't wait to read the next book in the series, Fins Are Forever.

I can only hope that the final book in this series, Redeeming The Lost will be much better.

I found this to be a very captivating story. I can't wait to read the next book in this series, Shadowglass.

I love this new idea on vampires. I didn’t know if I like Cassandra’s family dynamics. The whole thing where the females live away from the males is all kind of odd. I can understand why Cassandra wants to be human. Her relationships before Scott are very different, with her not really having any feeling at all. I found the whole story very different from the normal vampire stories. There is the whole teen angst with high school gossip there, heck I almost felt like I was back in high school. I truly felt like I was right beside the character through everything. I loved reading this story.

I picked this up having read a story by Sabrina Jeffries in Fantasy and really enjoying it. I wanted to read something else by her. I really think I choose well in my book. I found the characters well formed and compelling. I really liked that there was a lot more to Alec’s character. That he had this whole background about why he is the person he is. Katherine for all her prim and proper ways has a bit of a wild side to her as well. I truly enjoyed reading this book of their courtship. I actually plan on reading the next book in the trilogy, To Pleasure a Prince.

I found this to be a great twist on the biblical tales, showing that even today good and evil are fighting without the white gloves. I thought it was very imaginative storytelling. I couldn’t put the book down once I started it. I look forward in reading the next book in this series, Eve of Destruction.

I found this story to be endearing and funny. I really liked the characters. McKenna has such a big heart not only for her family and home but also for her friends. Bastian is funny as he takes everything very literally. I can’t wait to read next book in this series, Bedeviled Angel.
