Succubi Like It Hot by Jill Myles

Genre: Paranormal Romance; Succubi, Vampires, Angels, Serim, The Succubus Diaries, Warlocks, Voodoo, Demons, Incubi
Sub Genre: Urban Fantasy
Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars

Back Cover: Nobody said sucking was easy. With a hot new figure, her dream job as an archaeologist, and two gorgeous boyfriends to scratch her seductive Itch -- an angel and a vampire -- Jackie Brighton is totally getting the hang of life as a succubus. Then she accidentally knocks the pizza guy unconscious with her touch. Great -- she's cursed. After striking a deal to get the curse lifted by a crafty demon, Jackie and her best friend Remy take a road trip to deliver a cryptic message to the nation's oldest succubus. Unfortunately, neither of her jealous lovers is talking to Jackie right now, and due to the curse, she's desperate to get her Itch scratched very soon. Their journey gets weirder with every mile -- demonic possession, a charming stalker, a cryptic warning -- and when they get to New Orleans, Jackie discovers a dangerous catch to her supernatural bargain. Someone wants her dead -- again. Can a brainy vixen in a miniskirt outsmart the forces of evil?

This is the second book in the Succubus Diaries. Jackie is getting things together with her work but her personal life isn’t doing so well. But when her powers start doing some weird thing she has to figure things out. And it seems that she has to do it on her own as the men in her life have kind of having issues. So she and Remy go on a road trip to find a cure. This book takes place about a month after the first one. The characters are still trying their best in the situation that they find themselves. The story is fun and you are trying to figure out who is causing the most trouble. I really like this book and can’t wait to read the next book in the series, My Fair Succubi.

Gentlemen Prefer Succubi by Jill Myles

Genre: Paranormal Romance; Succubi, Vampires, Angels, Serim, The Succubus Diaries
Sub Genre: Urban Fantasy
Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars

Back Cover: Who knew an angel could get a girl in so much devilish trouble? Jackie Brighton woke up in a dumpster this morning, and her day has only gotten weirder. Her familiar B-cups have somehow become double Ds, her sex drive is insatiable, and apparently she had her first one-night stand ever… with a fallen angle. All she remembers is gorgeous Noah’s oddly hypnotic blue eyes…and then a dark stranger whose bite transformed her into an immortal siren with a sexy Itch. With help from Noah, Jackie begins to adapt to her new lifestyle – until she accidentally sends Noah into the deadly clutches of the vampire queen and lands herself in a fierce battle for an ancient halo with the queen’s wickedly hot right-hand man. Who just happens to be the vampire who originally bit her. How’s a girl supposed to save the world when the enemy’s so hard to resist?

This is the first book in the Succubus Diaries. Jackie wakes up in a dumpster to have her whole life turned upside down. After a few mistakes she’s upset an angel and the queen of vampires. Now she’s off to find a halo which she doesn’t want to give to either side. The characters are brilliant. I love that you have the museum tour guide, sexy fallen angel, sexy vampire and a porn star succubus you can’t go wrong. The story was well written and you didn’t feel like it was being dumbed down so you understand the world’s rules. I really liked the way the different species have their own little issues regarding sleep. I really loved this book and can’t wait to read the next one in the series, Succubi Like It Hot.

Shadowfae by Erica Hayes

Genre: Paranormal Romance; Fairies, Incubi, Succubi, Vampires
Sub Genre: Urban Fantasy
Rating: 4 out of 5 Stars

Back Cover: Imagine a secret world veiled in fairy glamour and brimming with unearthly delights. A city swarming with half-mad fairies, where thieving spriggans rob you blind, beautiful banshees mesmerize you with their songs, and big green trolls bust heads at nightclubs. And once you’re in, there’s no escape… Enslaved by a demon lord, Jade is forced to spend her nights seducing vampire gangsters and shape-shifting thugs. After two hundred years as a succubus, she burns for freedom and longs to escape her brutal life as a trophy girl for hell’s minions. Then she meets Rajah, an incubus who touches her heart and intoxicates her senses. Rajah shares the same bleak fate as she does, and yearns just as desperately for freedom. But the only way for Jade to break her bonds is to betray Rajah – and doom the only man she’s ever loved to a lifetime in hell.

This is an enthralling story, with both Jade and Rajah trying to win their freedom and falling for each other at the same time. Jade has had to endear being used by her master and has lost the will to live. While Rajah just wants his own freedom. He never expects to fall for the lovely Jade. This is one of those stories that you will want to finish because you can’t wait to find out what will happen. Jade is a great character who seduces her way to get what she wants. I found this to be a very captivating story. I can't wait to read the next book in this series, Shadowglass.

Lucifer's Daughter by Eve Langlais

Genre: Erotic Romance
Sub Genre: Paranormal Romance; Angels, Demons, Succubi, Shifters, Magic, Wizards
Rating: 4 out of 5 Stars

Back Cover: Being Lucifer’s daughter can be hell. Hi, I’m Muriel, the only white sheep in a sea of black ones, and a virgin to boot. I am determined to wait for love, but my dad, more commonly known as Lucifer, just wants me to stop being an embarrassment. I’m hoping the hunk that I met in my bar will turn out to be the one–just looking at him makes my insides melt like marshmallows over the coals of hell, but trusting is hard when it seems everyone I get close to ends up trying to kill me. Not only am I dealing with an extreme case of lust, there’s a new threat in hell, one my dad says to ignore. Something easier said than done since it seems everywhere I turn demons are trying to kill me. But I’m okay with that, because one thing I’ve learned being a princess of hell is that sometimes I have to grab a demon by the horns and slap it around a bit. A rebellion in hell, demon assassins and scorching kisses, could my life get any more interesting?

This is the first book in the Muriel series. Now that it is hot and not suitable for anyone under 18. That being said Muriel is trying to live her life out here on earth after having grown up in Hell with her father and many other siblings. Things are going ok until people start trying to kill her again. But then Auric enters the picture and things change very quickly. The dialog in this book is very creative and makes the story flow. I love Muriel as much as she is a good girl in a bad family she still tries. Auric is hot and yet knows when to make a public apology. I really enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read the next one in the series, Snowballs In Hell.
