This is the second book in the Mortal Instruments. Clary is
standing on the edge trying to figure out if she really wants to be a part of
the Shadowhunter world her mother has sheltered her from or just be normal.
There is so much going on in this book that you just keep reading because it
takes you on a ride. This one is just as good as the first one if not a little
sadder. Clary not sure who she should be trusting. Jace becoming a more
isolated by his own actions. While Simon and Clary explore their relationship
with each other. The confrontation with Valentine made the climax of the
story. I can't wait to read City of
Glass to see what will happen next.
