This is the fourth book in the Iron Fey series. It is mostly told in Ash’s perspective as we are following his tale so that he might be able to be with his beloved Meghan. He is accompanied by Puck even if he can’t seem to get rid of him. Being able to see Ash’s side of things makes for a richer world. The interaction between Ash and Puck is brilliant. I really loved reading this book and look forward to read the collection of short stories in Iron Legends.

This time she just may not be able to stop it this time. The story shows a new side to Meghan. The story just adds more to the whole world that Julie Kagawa has created. I loved this story but it also made me a little sad. I’m so glad there is another book and can’t wait to read it, The Iron Knight.

The story is filled with a lot of teen drama. That being said it is brilliantly written. The characters have grown a bit since the last book and you can’t help but love where this story is going. I absolutely can’t get enough of this series and I can’t wait to read the next book, My Soul to Steal.

Everything is going great that is until the star Eden dies onstage. And to Kaylee’s surprise she doesn’t wail. Well then things get complicated and we learn that there is soul trading going on. To save the a few souls Kaylee puts her own at risk but she wouldn’t be Kaylee otherwise. I truly love how this story is written. I don’t agree with some the choices Kaylee makes but at the same time I think it made for some great story telling. I personally loved this book and look forward to seeing where the series will go in the next book, My Soul to Keep.

I happened upon this at the bookstore the other day and the cover caught my attention. And once I started reading it I couldn’t put it down. A whole new take on the banshees, well bean sidhe here. And I loved that there where both male and females. Kaylee is so unsuspecting at the beginning, but she blossoms under Nash’s tutelage. As she learns more about herself and what she is capable of she becomes a stronger person. And Nash is one of those characters that you can’t help but love He is the one who saves Kaylee from her own fears. It’s a great story that I think you will enjoy again and again. And I can’t wait to read the second book, My Soul to Save.

It gets more complicated as the story goes on. Meghan is one of my favorite characters. She may be a half faery but she still wants to help those around her. Puck is back and full of mischief. I love this series. The writing is brilliant and I just can’t get enough of it. I can't wait to read the next book in this series, The Iron Queen.

This is the first book in the Iron Fey series. Meghan is the girl that is just trying to fit in. As her sixteenth birthday is approaching things become slightly odd. Her brother is also seeing things. She then has to go into the land of the Fey to save her brother. This is a great story that mixes the old tales of Faery and adds a great modern twist. Meghan may not seem to be much but she is a very strong character. While Puck and Ash’s dialog makes for great entertainment. Grimalkin just adds so much to this troop of characters. I loved this book and can’t wait to read the next book in this series, The Iron Daughter.

And then things really begin to change. This is a great interpretation of Egyptian mythology. The world is filled with people who can be necromancers and magic. I found this book to be inventive and well written. I look forward to reading the next book in the series, Unchosen.
