This is the first book in the Iron Fey series. Meghan is the
girl that is just trying to fit in. As her sixteenth birthday is approaching
things become slightly odd. Her brother is also seeing things. She then has to
go into the land of the Fey to save her brother. This is a great story that
mixes the old tales of Faery and adds a great modern twist. Meghan may not seem
to be much but she is a very strong character. While Puck and Ash’s dialog makes
for great entertainment. Grimalkin just adds so much to this troop of
characters. I loved this book and can’t wait to read the next book in this
series, The Iron Daughter.
