This is the third book in the Offspring series. Nicholas is
working for Darkwell but is beginning to
have some questions about what is really going on. It doesn’t help that he is
starting to have feelings for Olivia as well. Olivia doesn’t know who to
believe. She is told one thing and yet is seeing something else all around her.
The story is just building from the others. What was great about this book is
that you get to see all the side stories and we get to meet some new characters
as well. Nicholas is one of sweetest male characters I’ve ever read. I also
liked to see Olivia change as she realized what was really going on. I really
like this book and can’t wait to read Burning Darkness.
