solace in forest but soon must go and find work. So at a nearby kingdom she
becomes a kitchen maid. Making friends with the other workers of the castle.
This is one of my all time favorite modern fairy tales. It is one of those
books that I have read and re-read just because it is a great story. The
characters are well developed. And the writing is a joy to read. I truly love
this book.
