This is the first book in the Dragon Kin series. It is the story
starts with Annwyl fighting for her life at the mouth of Fearghus’ cave. He
takes her in and helps to heal her from her wounds. Over the course of many
conversations and training their relationship grows. The dynamic between these
two is one that catches you from the start. They are both stubborn and strong
willed. It is such a great mix. I really enjoyed this story. What was even
better was at the end there was a short story about Fearghus’ parents and their
claiming. Which only added more depth to the magical world that G. A. Aiken has
created. I loved both stories and can’t wait to read the second book in this
series About a Dragon.
