This is the second book in the Mercedes Thompson series. In
this story Mercy shows us more of the vampires of this world. While the
werewolf Alpha and Sam are still trying to get Mercy’s attention. Everything
moves so well in this story. Just when you think that things are going to slow
down the story goes into turbo. It’s like everything I love about adventure
films all rolled into a book. So much to see that you can’t put the book down
till you finish the last page. I can't wait to read the next book in this
series, Iron Kissed.
