This was a great first story, having a take on Immortals
that I’ve only seen once or twice. Ever is a very dynamic character, whom has
had her tragedy and is trying to deal with survivors remorse. Being one of the
outsiders but having some true friends. When Damen shows up you begin to see
changes in her as she comes back to life. I really enjoyed this story. There
are dangers that the characters have to deal with but they also have the emotional
conflict. That keeps you rooted to the page. A story that I could read over and
over again. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series, Blue Moon.
