Mary goes from living a normal unseeming life to learning that she is not even Mary. She is Keena, Priestess of the Wild. Oh and she has a half twin sister who she is destined to battle for her birthright. But she does have help all around her, Tynan, the vampire and Jordan, the half-demon. While Keena is trying to learn and understand her role she also is struggling with her moral compass. All of this makes for one very enjoyable read. Yes it is hot but at the same time there is so much more to this than just the heat. I really loved this book and hope that Mari will revisit this world that she has so beautifully created.

This is the first book in the Magic series. Even though the back mainly talks about Rebecca, Nicholas and Darien there is actually two love stories. The second one is about Rebecca’s best friend Tonya and Marcus who is friends with Nicolas and Darien. There is a lot that is going on in this book. And yes it is hot. Rebecca has no idea what to make of her two identical saviors. But as the story unfolds you see that Rebecca is even capable of doing things that the others didn’t think possible. I really enjoyed reading this book. It had an interesting plot that kept you reading. I look forward to reading the next book in the series, Blood Rite.

This book is for adults, it is very hot. Lauren has loved her neighbor and best friend Dale for the last five years. Dale has never noticed. This isn’t a long book but it’s quite well written.  It is a contemporary story. Lauren is an artist while Dale is a writer. I won’t go to deep into this as I don’t want to give anything away. This is one of those books that is good for a quick hot read. I enjoyed reading this book.
