and server. When she is sent on her mission to assist the high court of
Brittany she learns that there are two sides to things. She feels unprepared.
Under the care of Gavriel Duval, she doesn't know if she can trust him or kill
him. This is a great book of intrigue. Ismae is a very dynamic character who is
devout to her convent. Gavriel is one of those characters that you can't help
but fall for. I loved reading this book as it kept you on your toes. I can't
wait to read the next book in the series, Dark Trumph.
