This is an anthology of of a mix of chess and H. P. Lovecraft. They are dark and brilliant. I will not go into detail about the stories as they are short. The book is also great as it benefits women’s shelters and programs for victims of domestic violence. I loved reading this book I’m not sure which story I liked best because I like each for different reasons. Absolutely brilliant!

This book has been brilliantly written. I was so impressed by how much was compiled in this book. It never felt like something wasn’t completed. As the stories are short I don’t want to go into great detail but I will say I love the conversation about calling on Demons to help clean up a house. I really can’t wait to read more from this author.
